CHG-MERIDIAN places a high value on continuing professional development and improvement. With this in mind, we conducted our first international survey of the CHG-MERIDIAN Group workforce in 2018. The objective was to get a feel for the mood, to canvas opinions, both positive and negative, and to identify potential for improvement. We entered into a dialog with our employees in order to drive forward the development of our company on the basis of the survey’s findings, among other things. Many of our employees – the participation rate was very high at 82 percent – took the opportunity to get involved and have their say on eight topics. We were particularly delighted to learn that 96 percent of our employees enjoy working for us. To ensure that this remains the case, every employee is invited to take an active role in shaping our future tasks.
